Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Trauma Surgeon to join an established team at a Level II Trauma Center in Dallas, TX. You will work with 11 surgeons and APPs to deliver high-quality trauma care in a busy urban setting, with a strong focus on outcomes and work-life balance.

The role emphasizes board certification or eligibility in surgery and surgical critical care, with a preference for robotic experience.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in surgery and surgical critical care.
• Robotic experience highly preferred.
• Join a team of 11 surgeons with 5 trauma specialists.
• Work approximately 15, 12-hour shifts per month.
• Group prioritizes outcomes, collegiality, and work-life-balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma surgery coverage at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Collaborate with APPs and surgical colleagues to deliver care.
• Participate in program growth and quality improvement initiatives.
