Labela is seeking U.S.-based Trauma Surgeons at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting to validate and audit AI-driven clinical reasoning. This fully remote, project-based role focuses on ACS-COT standards, safety oversight, and strategic consulting to shape AI-driven trauma care.

The engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026, with Texas-focused cohort priority but remote across the United States.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Surgery (ABS)
• Senior resident or fellow (PGY-2+) training
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACS-COT standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate trauma and acute-care surgical case presentations, damage-control assessment, and triage.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for trauma and acute-care surgical care.
