Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia invites applications for an experienced Trauma Surgeon to join our established Trauma group at the level II trauma center. The role offers a light call schedule with a large, multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity environment.

Our Gwinnett and Duluth team has earned the Beacon Award for Excellence Gold Designation, reflecting our state-of-the-art facility, including a new Medical Tower, ORs, and ICU beds. Generous compensation is supplemented by a Pension Plan.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in General Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care.
• Fellowship training or extensive Trauma Surgery experience.
• Valid Georgia medical license and DEA registration.
• Proficiency in managing traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care with compassion and empathy.
• Ability to participate in on-call coverage and trauma activations.
