Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a qualified Trauma Surgeon to join their established Trauma group at their only Level II Trauma Center. Qualifications

• Must possess valid state of Georgia medical license and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the management of traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases.
• Light call schedule with large team in high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Join established Trauma group at Northside’s only Level II Trauma Center.
• Participate in on-call coverage and respond to trauma activations.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and empathy.

Skills

Proficiency in management of traumatic injuries

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

MD or DO from an accredited institution

BC/BE in General Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care

Fellowship training or extensive experience in Trauma Surgery

Valid state of Georgia medical license
