Job description

Position: Trauma Surgeon

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive trauma care at a newly verified Level I trauma center, manage a diverse caseload, and participate in an active GME surgery program by teaching residents and medical students. Work within a supportive environment with a structured 4-day-on / 3-day-off schedule, collaborating with a team that includes 10 advanced practice providers and residents. Practice within a robust ACS model encompassing trauma and critical care.

Qualifications & Skills

Board-certified or eligible in trauma surgery or surgical critical care. Strong clinical skills in trauma management, teaching, and teamwork. Ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
