Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or certified in General Surgery and Trauma/Surgical Critical Care.
• Fellowship completion in Trauma/Surgical Critical Care is mandatory.
• Comfortable with all aspects of trauma care and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced surgical procedures in trauma and acute care.
• Participate in trauma call coverage, contributing to the respective services.
• Supervise and mentor medical staff and students.

Skills

Board Eligibility or Board Certification in General Surgery

Comfortable with Acute Care Surgery

Experience with robotic surgery

Research interest/experience

Education

Completion of a Trauma/Surgical Critical Care fellowship

Active and unrestricted NY State physician license
