Job summary

Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte seeks a Registered Nurse for the 11B Orthopedics trauma unit. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with 7A–7P shifts, 3 twelve-hour shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

You will provide comprehensive care, use evidence-based practice, and ensure patient safety while supporting ongoing professional development in a fast-paced trauma environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• 6 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
