Responsibilities

• Collect and abstract data for trauma patients meeting criteria.
• Collaborate with EMS, referring facilities, ED and inpatient units.
• Code clinical data using AIS and standard registry criteria.
• Ensure complete, accurate data and timely submissions to agencies.
• Resolve data entry issues and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
