Job summary

UPMC Presbyterian is actively hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses for its Trauma Units, including 7G, 9G, and 12D. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for RNs with over 1 year of experience. The role requires current PA RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within a year for 7G.

As a Professional Staff Nurse, you will provide expert patient care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and contribute to a Magnet-designated hospital known for teamwork and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• CPR certification required based on AHA standards.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire for 7G unit.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with physicians, care providers, patients and families to achieve outcomes.
• Set standards for nursing care and accountability within the care delivery team.
