Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• CPR required based on AHA standards with 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 12 months of starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care with empathy and clinical judgment.
• Communicate clearly with physicians, teammates, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Demonstrate professional comportment and maintain patient safety on a busy neurosurgery unit.

Education
