Job summary

Proforma Health Inc in Nashville is seeking a Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, evidence-based care to acutely ill and injured patients in a progressive care/step-down setting.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor telemetry and hemodynamics, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; educate patients and families for safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing complex trauma/medical patients and monitoring cardiac/physiologic status.
• Ability to act quickly in emergencies and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Patient- and family-focused communication and education skills.
