Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience with two years project management or process improvement experience preferred.
• Experience with educational curriculum design and delivery is an asset.
• Experience with clinical quality and patient safety concepts and initiatives.
• Experience with data abstraction from medical records and analysis of care processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead large system teams and guide implementation plans.
• Design and deliver educational programs to improve safety and quality.
• Consult on regulatory, disease certification, patient safety and quality issues.
• Collaborate with senior administrators, nursing and medical leaders; supervise graduate trainees as needed.
