Qualifications

• Compassionate Trauma PCU RN for progressive care/step-down.
• Experience in trauma nursing preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and rapid responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and telemetry/hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer medications and provide wound and post-surgical care.
• Respond rapidly to changes in condition and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
