TriStar Health is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for our Progressive Care Unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to acutely ill adults requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions.

You will perform telemetry monitoring, administer medications and IV therapies, coordinate multidisciplinary care, document thoroughly in the EMR, educate patients and families, participate in care planning, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition

Qualificações

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Experience delivering evidence-based care for acutely ill adults.
• Proficiency with telemetry, IV therapy, and medication administration.
• Strong documentation and multi-disciplinary collaboration skills.
