TriStar Health seeks a compassionate Trauma PCU Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this progressive care/step-down setting, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to trauma patients requiring close monitoring.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold TriStar's culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Qualificações

• Compassionate Trauma PCU RN for progressive care/step-down.
• Experience in trauma nursing preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and rapid responses.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive assessments and telemetry/hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer medications and provide wound and post-surgical care.
• Respond rapidly to changes in condition and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
