Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license (in-state or NLC eligibility).
• TNCC or within six months of hire/transfer required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the trauma program manager to develop and execute performance improvement processes.
• Performs concurrent process improvement and evaluation of trauma care across the care continuum.
• Assesses compliance with trauma protocols and guidelines by observation and chart review.
• Reviews trauma team activations and assesses appropriateness based on established criteria.
• Tracks findings within the trauma process improvement program and documents loop closure.
