Qualifications

• Minimum of five years recent nursing experience required.
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification from an American Heart Association program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and coordinate operations of a patient care department and budget.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate department staff.
• Collaborate with trauma, state personnel, and referral hospitals to improve regional care.
