Clinical Management Consultants is assisting an Eastern Tennessee hospital in launching a new Nurse Manager Trauma Center program to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
The Nursing Manager Trauma Services will lead trauma program development, align ED/trauma/surgical services, and support quality improvement across a complex patient population while partnering with physicians, staff, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee trauma program development and staffing.
- Coordinate Emergency Department, trauma, surgical services and critical care.
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory readiness.
- Provide leadership, education, and performance management for nursing staff.
