The Trauma Program Nurse Manager is a registered nurse leader who organizes and oversees the services and systems essential to a multidisciplinary approach in caring for injured pediatric patients. Working in partnership with the Trauma Medical Director, this leader ensures the highest standards of care, compliance with state trauma system regulations, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
