Job summary

Midland-Health-2 is seeking a Trauma Program and Clinical Manager (TPM), a registered nurse responsible for oversight of the Trauma Program and related staff within the Trauma Services Department. The TPM works with the Trauma Medical Director and administration to maintain trauma designation standards and drive clinical excellence.

The role is full-time, with regular business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and Texas RN license required.
• Specialty certification (e.g., CEN, CPEN, CCRN, TNS) preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Trauma Program and performance improvement activities.
• Monitor trauma patient care across the continuum from pre-hospital to discharge.
• Collaborate with Trauma Medical Director and hospital administration.
• Ensure staff competency and provide clinical protocol development and education.
