• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
• Manage resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency assessments.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
• Oversee the operation of multiple units by identifying member and operational needs.
• Direct hospital administrative functions to support patient care and performance targets.
