Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

• Creates and advocates for developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative relationships.
• Oversees implementation, adapts, and stays up to date with organizational change, challenges, feedback, best practices, processes, and industry trends.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and financial commitments.
• Manages care delivery operations in 24/7 environment with strategic partnerships and data analysis.
• Leads improvements to operations and technology processes and ensures measurable outcomes.
• Ensures safe, quality, standardized care delivery and regulatory compliance.
