Responsibilities

• Establish best practice models and lead strategic planning for patient care delivery systems.
• Lead investigations of patient/family concerns regarding care and services.
• Manage resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
