Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta seeks a TRC Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S) to support survivors of violent crime, focusing ages 5-17 and some caregivers. Maintain a caseload of pediatric clients and supervise TRC clinicians in play therapy. Requires GA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) and at least five years’ relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field.
• Five+ years of job-related experience with youth trauma survivors.
• Active GA license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC or equivalent) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical intakes, individual and group psychotherapy.
• Provide care coordination, outreach, and case management for pediatric clients.
• Offer supervision to TRC clinicians in play therapy to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
