Job summary

Allegheny Health Network's Forbes Hospital in Monroeville is seeking an experienced RN to collaborate with trauma leadership to ensure high-quality patient care. The role focuses on data flow for performance improvement and accreditation support, aligning daily operations with trauma program goals.

Required PA RN licensure and 5 years of nursing practice; ACLS/CEN/CCRN or equivalent credentials are preferred along with strong Epic experience. BLS is required for all staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant education as determined by the company
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through eNLC
• 5 years with nursing practices
• Experience with PTSF Standards for Accreditation or comparable regulatory experience
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• ACLS and CEN, CFRN, CCRN or TCRN (preferred)
• Previous performance improvement experience (preferred)
• Advanced computer skills and Epic knowledge (preferred)
• Trauma nursing experience in ED or ICU (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)

Responsibilities

• Manages the data flow process for performance improvement.
• Supports the trauma program in maintaining PTSF Accreditation.
• Assists with the daily flow of the trauma program.
• Acts as a representative for the trauma program.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
