Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and provide trauma care across age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, within the Performance Improvement department in North Carolina.
You will drive process-improvement strategies for trauma care, identify educational needs, and partner with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director to deliver targeted training. A BSN is required; TNCC is expected within 1 year of hire.

This Registered Nurse accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care. Clinical nurses working in any unit of Nursing Services must have the ability to provide care to patients from the neonate through the geriatric years. A Registered Nurse responsible for the provision of process improvement strategies to improve the care of the trauma patient throughout the region. Identifies regional trauma educational needs and works collaborating with the Regional Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director to provide trauma education.
