Job summary

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Trauma/OR Float in Westminster/Golden. Responsibilities include surgical first-assist, clinic coverage, inpatient rounds and OR support with multiple surgeons.

Requirements include Colorado license, DEA registration or eligibility, and RNFA or certified first assist. The role involves travel between sites and allowances for call coverage and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic experience preferred with operative first-assist ability.
• Active Colorado license and DEA registration or eligibility.
• RNFA or certified first assist required for consideration.
• Strong clinical reasoning and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical first-assist coverage in trauma and subspecialties.
• Perform pre-op documentation, wound closure and intraoperative assistance.
• Conduct rounds, inpatient consults and coordinate post-discharge care.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and collaborate with supervising surgeons.
