Job summary

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in Westminster/Golden, CO, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for trauma/OR float. The role includes clinic, hospital coverage, and operating room support with travel between sites. Two primary settings are clinic and OR, with inpatient rounds and on-call duties.

Base salary ranges from $107,000 to $160,000, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Active Colorado license and DEA registration are required. Applications open through Oct 20, 2026.

Qualifications

• Colorado license and active DEA registration required, or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Orthopedic experience preferred; advanced practice nurses must have active RNFA or certified first assist.
• Must credential at our surgery centers and hospital; process begins at offer (8–12 weeks).
• Strong clinical reasoning; ability to synthesize data into a treatment plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatment plans with supervising physician.
• Issue orders for medications, imaging, and laboratory studies.
• Manage postoperative follow-up and wound care; document in EMR (Epic).
• Provide surgical first-assist coverage in OR and participate in inpatient rounds and on-call duties.
