Job summary

HealthCare Support is seeking a Director of Trauma Operations to lead a Level II Trauma Program within a well-established acute care hospital. This role focuses on program oversight, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives in a collaborative environment.

The Director will partner with leadership to drive performance, monitor outcomes, and ensure program success, working with a dedicated team within an established trauma department.

Qualifications

• Florida Registered Nurse license (or valid compact licensure) is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Clinical or operational leadership experience within a Trauma Program.
• Experience collaborating across departments including Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, and inpatient units.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives across the trauma program.
• Monitor outcomes, support verification efforts, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Oversee program operations with a smaller, focused leadership team.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance performance and program success.
