Job summary

The Neurosurgeon will provide trauma call coverage and emergency services, collaborating with Acclaim Health and JPS Health Network to maintain high-quality patient outcomes in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Neurosurgery.
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery required.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Texas.
• Experience in Level-1 Trauma Center environment preferred.
• Academic teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care for brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system disorders.
• Evaluate trauma patients, perform complex neurosurgical procedures, and participate in teaching.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide trauma call coverage and emergency neurosurgical services as assigned.
