Job summary

Acclaim Health, a multi‑specialty medical group partnered with JPS Health Network, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider in Neurosurgery in Fort Worth, TX. You will rotate across outpatient, inpatient, operating room settings with 7 days of 24-hour on-call every 4 weeks, including weekends and holidays.

You will assist in care delivery, order labs/imaging, perform procedures under supervision, and collaborate with residents and attendings on spine and cranial cases, contributing to

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated competency in assessment techniques, diagnosis and treatment processes that apply to the assigned medical specialty area.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-directed and proactive in community activities and medical outreach.
• Patient-centered care and patient advocacy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivery of medical care by reviewing and monitoring treatment plans in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Orders and interprets labs, imaging and procedures related to neurosurgery.
• Performs procedures under attending physician guidance per hospital protocols.
• Collaborates with Orthopedic residents for spine patient management; assists surgeon in OR for spinal and cranial cases.
• Coordinates bedside interventions including intracranial pressure monitors, external ventricular drains, and lumbar drains.
