Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL is seeking an RN to supervise and coordinate nursing staff across shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions, and will collaborate closely with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Alabama with BLS, and may be required to have ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC

Formación

• Must hold RN licensure in Alabama.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
