Job summary

Premier Health Partners seeks a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Trauma Unit at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. This full-time night shift runs 7pm–7:30am, with 72 hours per pay and a sign-on bonus. The RN will advocate for patients and families, coordinate care, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited nursing program; Ohio RN licensure and CPR certification. BSN preferred; no prior work experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license; CPR certification required at hire.
• No prior job-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family-centered care in the Trauma Unit.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team to plan and deliver care.
• Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
