Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks licensed therapy professionals to deliver trauma-informed care to youth and families. The role supports after-school and community-based sessions with a strong emphasis on collaboration and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of culture and its role in human behavior and society.
• Ability to partner effectively with team members and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy per treatment plan and document sessions.
• Maintain electronic records to meet regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Utilize trauma-informed therapy techniques (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR).
• Collaborate with child and family teams and provide clinical consultations as needed.
• Adhere to company policy for subpoenas and reporting concerns to leadership.
