Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks licensed clinical professionals to conduct assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy in a hybrid setting. Therapists document sessions in compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with the child and family team.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, use trauma-informed techniques like TF-CBT and EMDR, and participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work or counseling.
• 1 year experience in child welfare services.
• Valid professional Master’s level license in social work, therapy or counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions and document sessions per plan and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain electronic records meeting regulatory and confidentiality standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Utilize trauma-informed therapies and modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT).
• Perform treatment-focused techniques to help clients meet goals.
• Participate as a member of the child and family team.
• Provide consultation to non-clinical team members when appropriate.
• Comply with subpoenas for records and court appearances as required.
• Collaborate with State Executive Director/Statewide Treatment Director; attendance is essential.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
