Lad Lake, Inc. is seeking compassionate, trauma-informed therapists to support youth and families across Wisconsin. This community-based role covers Washington, Walworth, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Dodge counties, offering in-home, virtual, or in-office therapy based on need.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field and active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Training License). Travel across counties and a valid driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Training License).
• Trauma-informed care and youth development knowledge.
• Experience working with youth and families.
• Willingness to travel across counties and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to youth and families in-home, virtually, or in-office.
• Act as an advocate for youth and families within community systems.
• Manage and revise crisis response plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Complete treatment updates and discharge summaries timely.
