Job summary

Lad Lake is seeking a Part-Time Treatment Technician in Dousman, WI to support youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will model positive behavior, plan activities, and assist with daily routines in a structured setting.

You will drive agency vehicles as needed, maintain privacy, and complete required documentation. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and empathy for diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years old or older required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to use a computer and MS Office.
• Patience and trauma-informed care, especially with challenging youth.
• Respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be present for youth, families, and support teams with positive role modeling.
• Plan and lead activities; conduct daily routines in an engaging, structured way.
• Use de-escalation techniques to support youth during tough times.
• Maintain documentation of events and progress.
