Job summary

Lad Lake is seeking a Residential Youth Treatment Tech at our Dousman, WI campus. This full-time on-site role supports youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges, guiding them through activities and routines.

You’ll help with crisis de-escalation, documentation, and family collaboration, while upholding privacy and safety. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being 21+, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be physically engaged and lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be there for the youth, families, and support teams, modeling behavior and teaching life skills.
• Plan and lead activities, run daily routines in a structured way.
• Guide youth using verbal de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Document ongoing progress and maintain accurate records.
• Provide transportation in agency vehicles for community activities.
• Protect youth privacy and confidentiality.
