Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in foster care with MHB support services. Position may be gender specific based on needs.

Master’s in a Human Services field and TX licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) are required. Experience with child welfare is preferred. Office and home-based sessions may occur, with on‑call crisis coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services related field required.
• Licsensed in TX as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to provide therapy.
• Experience with children and families involved with foster care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in office or home setting.
• Develop and monitor the client’s service plan with foster family and related parties.
• Complete documentation of ongoing treatment and discharge progress as required.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and referral sources to support care.
