Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, guidance and protection of group home residents.
• Participate in service planning and support residents to meet treatment goals.
• Apply TBRI principles to guide discipline and interactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly home environment meeting contract standards.
• Supervise residents, assist with daily needs, including clothing, hygiene and meals.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and advocate for their needs.
• Distribute and document medications as prescribed and ensure accurate records.

Education

Training in child care related fields preferred
