Woodward Community Based Services in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a dependable Youth Service Worker to provide one-on-one skill development and support to youth ages 11–19 and their families. Services are delivered primarily in the home and community, helping you form meaningful relationships and see the impact of your work.

The role includes maintaining a caseload of 8–12 youth, delivering 1–4 hours of direct in-home services per week per youth, and collaborating with parents, schools, Juvenile

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skill development services to youth ages 11–19.
• Help youth build practical skills based on their individual goals and needs.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 8–12 youth.
• Provide 1–4 hours of direct in-home services per week to each assigned youth/family.
• Build professional relationships while maintaining boundaries, structure, and safety.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, Juvenile Court Services, mental health providers, and other partners.
• Provide support during crises and challenging situations.
• Complete required documentation and service notes.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
