Job summary

Pathway Caring for Children is seeking a Prevention Specialist / Case Manager to deliver prevention education and mental health support in schools and community settings. The role includes CPST/TBS-like case management to address individualized needs and promote stability.

You will collaborate with school staff and families, document thoroughly, and ensure compliance with Ohio guidelines and funders. A valid Ohio driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet QBHS credentialing or actively pursue credentialing as Prevention Specialist.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children, teens, or families.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate prevention programs (e.g., DINA, Life Skills, All Stars, Strengthening Families).
• Deliver services in classrooms, groups, or community settings.
• Collect and report outcomes per program and funder requirements.
