Job summary

DCCCA, Inc. is seeking an Interventionist to provide one-on-one services to clients enrolled in the Behavioral Intervention program, following agency requirements, state regulations and COA standards at all times.

This role requires evening and weekend availability, completion of shift documentation within 24 hours, and participation in staff meetings and trainings as scheduled. Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening, background checks, fingerprint-based records

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work with youth and caregivers.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services to clients enrolled in Behavioral Intervention program.
• Maintain strong communication with caregivers of clients to ensure service efficacy.
• Complete shift documentation within twenty-four (24) hours of a shift worked.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings and professional development trainings.
