Job summary

Courage+ seeks a dedicated House Manager to lead case management and implement trauma-informed care for youth aged 12-17 in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes developing individualized plans, coordinating services, and ensuring licensing compliance, while fostering a supportive, LGBTQ+ inclusive environment.

The position is full-time and salaried, with shifts 1st/2nd, occasional 3rd, and a minimum 40 hours weekly. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must be able to transport youth and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Background check, physical, and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and program needs.
• Attend Leadership Team Meetings and quarterly QRTP meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Courage+ policies, state licensing standards, and program requirements.
• Supervise in-house volunteers and maintain month-end filing and records.
• Oversee resident case management, referrals and intakes, and care team participation.
• Oversee and document residents’ medication administration and transportation as needed.
