Qualifications

• Empathetic, trauma-informed, and able to model the positive impact of relationships.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, screen for illegal drugs, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe supervision of at-risk youth.
• Assist with positive skill development through modeling & mentorship.
• Provide active supervision and support according to program best practices.
