Responsibilities

• Executes programming aligned with the master schedule to minimize idle time.
• Supervises and engages youth during all activities with clear expectations.
• Designs trauma-informed recreation and wellness programming for development and health.
• Develops monthly calendars, flyers, and incentive systems for youth engagement.
• Maintains safety, materials, and documentation for all programming.
