Delaware Guidance Services For Children in Lewes, DE seeks a Crisis Bed Therapist to deliver clinical behavioral health services within the Crisis Bed Program and manage a small outpatient caseload. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Eligible for Delaware licensure (LCSW/LPC-MH/LMFT/psychologist).
• Minimum two years of post-graduate full-time experience.
• Experience in inpatient/residential or crisis setting.
• Ability to conduct individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Crisis Bed Coordinator to ensure high clinical standards.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and interview clients and families.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and crisis intervention.
• Develop and coordinate an individualized discharge plan with the team.
• Conduct risk assessments to determine appropriate level of care.
• Apply trauma-informed, person-centered treatment planning and interventions.
• Review and sign clinical documentation with staff.
• Maintain professional interactions with children, families, and stakeholders.
