Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; must be eligible for licensure in Delaware as LCSW or LPCMH.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for youth in Crisis Bed Program.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and risk assessments.
• Develop discharge plans with treatment team and coordinate aftercare resources.
• Review and sign clinical documentation from staff; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain trauma-informed, empathetic interactions with clients and families.
