Job summary

Adelphoi Education is seeking a Mental Health Worker in North Huntingdon, PA to provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth in the Partial Hospitalization Program.

You will counsel and implement behavioral interventions, help create a positive learning climate, and support daily operations and youth management in accordance with policies. Associates Degree is required; experience with at-risk youth preferred; full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required in education, psychology, social work, and/or other related field.
• Experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Or, any equivalent combination of education and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth in Adelphoi Education’s PHP.
• Provide counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions to youth in PHP.
• Establish and maintain an effective learning climate; implement and monitor behavior interventions; assist with daily operations and youth management.
