Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our Beaver, PA location. You will provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth in Adelphoi Education's Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering counseling and behavioral support.

You will work with staff to maintain a positive learning climate, implement behavior interventions, and assist with daily operations in alignment with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field is required.
• Experience counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Equivalent education or training may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth in Adelphoi Education's PHP.
• Offer counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions in the PHP setting.
• Collaborate with administration and program staff to maintain an effective learning climate and monitor behavior interventions.
